Topics include: business management principles, key accounting statistical measurements, basic accounting and bookkeeping requirements, cash flow requirements and planning, how to perform a detailed property analysis, required business financial statements, business banking and establishment of business credit, understanding the legal entities that are typically used by investors, and a review of the impact of tax savings achieved through ownership of real estate investments. You will learn the skills necessary to manage your real estate investment businesses more efficiently and profitably.
